1905

Mr. Giuseppe Cozzini arrived to Ellis Island with a dream to build a better life for his family and himself.
Giuseppe made his way to Chicago to begin his dream; returning home to Italy about every 2 years

1930

Giuseppe’s three sons: Ottorino, Lino and Angelo came to America to work with their father in his business.
They used horse drawn wagons to grow their territory, delivering knives throughout Chicago.

1941

Increased their territory beyond Chicago city limits by beginning to use trucks

1968

Ottorino, Lino and Angelo’s children joined the business and it grew to restaurants, supermarkets and industrial accounts throughout Illinois and Wisconsin.
The knife sharpening was centralized and daily routes to customers were created.

2010

Oscar and Oswald brought partners into the business to focus on building a national company
