Every kitchen depends on consistency. MOD Pizza shared a story that reminded us why that matters.
Every kitchen depends on consistency. Sharp knives, reliable service, and the confidence that when something matters, your partner will show up.
After moving away from Cozzini for a lower-cost option, MOD Pizza’s team began experiencing inconsistent service and quality issues. Then, during a major operational disruption, critical tools were removed from multiple restaurant locations without notice.
That is when they reached back out to Cozzini.
Our team mobilized immediately. Vans were deployed. Restaurants were supplied. Operations continued without interruption.
And at the center of that moment was Gary Carter, our Cozzini driver based in St. Louis.
Before MOD officially restarted service with us, Gary stepped in when they needed help most. He adjusted his personal plans, loaded up, and delivered to multiple locations that same day — because he knew those kitchens could not wait.
Our Chief Revenue Officer called it:
That is the kind of service that does not come from a system alone. It comes from people who care.
MOD later shared:
They are about the standard we hold for all of our customers — built on 120+ years of doing the work.
