Check in & explore the resort
Check-in opens at 4:00 PM. Settle into your suite, then wander — the private beach, the pools, The Estuary Spa, complimentary bike rentals, and the marina boardwalk with views of the Ravenel Bridge and USS Yorktown.
Dinner on your own
Sunset cocktail at the rooftop Bridge Bar, then dinner at the Charleston Harbor Fish House (reservations recommended) or something casual at the Reel Bar.
Slow morning
Lobby coffee, a sunrise beach walk, the fitness center, or a treatment at The Estuary Spa — hotel guests enjoy 15% off treatments during our stay.
Historic downtown Charleston
Take the complimentary resort shuttle or the Charleston Water Taxi across the harbor — Rainbow Row, The Battery, King Street shopping, the City Market, or a horse-drawn carriage tour of the Holy City.
Resort time
Unwind at the pool and Tiki Bar, or claim a rocking chair on the wraparound porch before the evening.

The highlight of the trip, in the Topsail Lounge at The Beach Club — cocktails, dinner, awards, and celebration until 10:00 PM. Details below.

Kayak or paddleboard Shem Creek with Coastal Expeditions — dolphins often join — or catch the boat from Patriots Point to Fort Sumter, where the Civil War began.
Day excursions

Charleston International is one of the easiest airports in the Southeast — you’ll be on a porch rocker 25 minutes after baggage claim.
